Returns Policy

As our phone cases are all made to order we do not accept returns as a standard.  We will only accept the return of phone cases if they are faulty or have been sent to you in error i.e we have shipped you the incorrect phone case.

Please ensure you select the correct options for your phone cases when placing your order. 

We will not accept returns on Phone Grips if the protective film or sticky back covering has been removed. 

Only products that are returned to us in resalable condition will be refunded.

You will be required to pay return postage unless it arrived to you damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence.

 Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged/faulty.

If you choose to return your item using untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
