We aim to process and dispatch all order within 1 - 2 working days. During busy periods it may take a little longer to process your order.
Due to COVID-19 we are currently experiencing major delays with Royal Mail, with some shipments taking up to 14 days to arrive. We are continuing to ship orders but advise our customers to bare with us as this is out of our control. Please allow 16 days from the date of dispatch before sending us an email. If it has not been 16 days from dispatch we will be unable to help. Thank you so much for baring with us through these frustrating times.

For international orders, customs charges sometimes occur when an item arrives in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control and cannot be held responsible for how much these charges will be and whether they will occur. Please check with your local authority for import costs.
Shipments for all international orders will receive tracking numbers.
For UK shipments, if Tracked Delivery was selected at checkout, you will be issued with a tracking number upon dispatch. All other UK shipments will sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Confirmed. This is not tracked however we will recieve delivery confirmation on our end.
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 10 working days of the date on which your order was dispatched, or outside the UK and have not received your order within 30 days of the date on which your order was dispatched, please drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not send an email if the requested time duration has not passed.
On the rare occasion that items are not delivered and have been lost in the post, we will send out a replacement. However, we cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect.
For international customers, please leave at least 30 days before getting in contact to allow for any delays due to covid-19.
As our cases are made to order, once an order is placed it is not possible that it can be changed or cancelled. The order goes straight to our production team who will begin working on the templates so we can have your order shipped to you. To reduce the number of accidental/ incorrect orders, we placed a confirmation checkbox in the cart area to ensure that you have double checked the phone models selected and any customisations spelling before placing your order.
As our phone cases are all made to order we do not accept returns as a standard. We will only accept the return of phone cases if they are faulty or have been sent to you in error i.e we have shipped you the incorrect phone case.
Please ensure you select the correct options for your phone cases when placing your order.
We will not accept returns on phone grips if the protective film or sticky back covering has been removed.
